- centralize, qualify and track updates to tourist information,
- to showcase the dynamism of the region in terms of current events (agendas)
- be guided, visitors (and locals) in their discovery once they are there.

The team of travel advisors at your Tourist Office is committed to providing you with a personalized welcome and continuous service:
- to advise and inform visitors in the reception offices,
- advising and informing prospective clients (telephone, email…),
- supporting the sale of tourist services: discovery offers, ticketing, fishing or navigation permits.

With the responsibility for tourism since 2000, the Pays Voironnais organizes the reception of visitors and residents in its 2 reception offices located in Voiron and Charavines, ensures the communication and promotion of the territory as a destination and develops sectors and the development of leisure spaces.
Holder of the Qualité Tourisme brand since 2017, the Office renewed its commitment in 2021 in order to guarantee the quality of the services offered.
From the Quality Tourism Brand to Destination of Excellence
Since 2024, the new Destination of Excellence label has replaced the Quality Tourism brand.
It highlights the quality of the welcome and services and aims to strengthen eco-responsibility commitments for tourism professionals (Tourist Offices, restaurants, accommodations, attractions and leisure activities, transportation). It allows customers to confidently choose establishments that offer quality services. Committed to satisfying its visitors, the Voironnais Tourist Office continues its dedication to providing a personalized welcome and advice year-round, offering customized printed materials upon request, and taking into account expectations and feedback.
